The cost ranges between £3.93 and £4.91 per hour, depending on the venue. Please note that payment must be made for the full before or after-school session, regardless of the time of drop-off or pick-up.

Our breakfast club start times vary between 7:15 AM and 7:45 AM, depending on the venue. All after-school clubs finish at 6:00 PM.

To book your child’s breakfast or after school club sessions, simply login to your online account and follow the easy to navigate booking steps. If you are using us for the first time, you will need to create an account and provide us with all the relevant information for your child.

Yes, we accept childcare voucher payments. Please speak to your employer to find out which childcare voucher company they are registered with. See the full list of voucher companies we are currently registered with here – https://www.schoolofplay.org.uk/payment-options/

If the voucher company you wish to pay with isn’t on the list, please get in touch, and we will set up an account with them – info@schoolofplay.org.uk

  • From the initial booking, we allow a 48 hour cooling off period in which you can cancel and receive a full cash refund. Please note the cooling off period will not apply if your booking is created less than 48 hours before your child’s first session.

  • You can cancel after this period up until 72 hours before the start date of your booking. You will receive full credit back into your wallet on iPal. No cash refunds will be given.

  • If you cancel within 72 hours of the start date of your booking, you will receive 50% credit back into your iPal wallet. No cash refunds will be given.

  • Sickness/Injury: If your child becomes unwell or is injured, even if this is the same morning as a session, we will provide a 100% credit note for you to use towards a future session.

  • Cancellations after the first session of a booking will not be refunded or credited.

Bookings will go live every April for the following school year (Sept – July). Once bookings are live, you can book for the full academic year.

Yes, we provide water and a variety of different snacks before and after school, please see our bi-weekly food menus on each venue page.

We provide a diverse range of activities designed to engage and enrich your child’s experience, including sports, arts & crafts, board games, sensory play, imaginative play, and sports free play.

In addition to these regular activities, we offer exciting super sessions that add a special touch to their time with us. These super sessions may include:

  • Laser tag
  • Glow in the dark dodgeball
  • Radio controlled cars
  • Pickleball
  • Mini golf
  • Lacrosse

Furthermore, we occasionally host special workshops, events, or shows throughout the school year, such as mad science experiments, magic shows, dino fossil experiences, creepy-crawly shows, yoga sessions, and more.

While we cannot guarantee specific activities on any given day, we strive to provide a varied and engaging schedule to ensure every visit is memorable.

Yes, your child can attend our after school club following another club; however, you will need to arrange for the other provider to drop your child off at our HUB room. Most schools and external providers are happy to accommodate. If you are able to arrange this, please add this to the notes of your child’s booking.

Unfortunately, we only accept bookings for children from the host school.
